4/12/2011: Urban Innovations and La Batalla de Chile

CicLAvia: Los Angeles is home to 3 and a half million people,  2 and half million automobiles on six and half thousand miles of public streets. Seven of those miles were automobile free this past Sunday, open only to cyclists, pedestrians, and other people moving on their own natural power.

Hear in the City’s Luis Sierra Campos takes us to Little Tokyo to hear the voices of people participating in this month’s CicLAvia, inspired by the car culture busting Ciclovia in Bogota, Colombia.
